Entry Level Grain Inspector Responsibilities: Ensure proper industry standards of grain sample testing using visual procedure and computerized equipment, test sample for weight, moisture, foreign material and damage Responsible for accuracy in reporting skills Record test results Represent Eurofins Grain Inspection professionally to client company by acting as a liaison between facility and client grain company merchandisers Effectively communicate information to Manager for proper action Process necessary paperwork required by the client company and Eurofins Grain Inspection Inspect and grade grain samples in a timely manner Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations; assist others in maintaining a clean, safe work environment Demonstrate ability to operate all required basic lab equipment within department in accordance to USDA grain standards Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees Promote company image through sound and ethical business practices Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass pre-employment drug and background check Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Responsive, independent problem solver and action oriented Must be able to climb stairs, stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements and close and distance vision Currently living in a commutable distance of Council Bluffs, Iowa Benefits: Paid vacation and holidays 401(K) with company match Hours: 6:30 am to 11:30 am (M-F), 7:30 am to 12:00 pm (Rotating Saturdays), Seasonal Harvest Hours, Flexibility and OT during periods of high demand Hourly $16.00/hr
