The Integration Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, testing, and supporting data integration processes and tools between EMR systems (Epic and Cerner) and MediRevv systems. This position serves as a technical liaison with both internal and external resources to map the appropriate data sources for MediRevv?s data warehouses, production workflow systems, and enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions. They will also take a hands-on approach by providing design proposals, programming, and maintenance for data integration solutions.

Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and interfaces to integrate data from multiple sources into MediRevv systems and business intelligence data stores.
Mature existing workflows and queries for extracting data from EMR systems (Epic and Cerner).
Translate data needs of internal systems and business intelligence partners to both internal and external technical teams and data owners
Enforce standardization of data across multiple clients & sources for enterprise-level analysis.
Collaborate with database subject matter experts to implement and maintain appropriate data infrastructure.
Partner with enterprise software developers and technology partners to leverage existing infrastructure, systems, and processes to consistently meet deadlines.
Educate and advise internal customers and teammates on data available from EMR systems (Epic and Cerner), best practices for extracting that data, and how to leverage the data for consumption.
Review changes to EMR systems (Epic and Cerner) to determine impact and implement changes as needed.
Integrate strategies and solutions to improve data flow and analysis.
Adhere to company and industry best practices in development, change management, documentation, and testing.
Perform exceptional work both independently and in a team setting.

Job Requirements ? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A successful candidate must have proficient knowledge/capabilities in the following areas:
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field is required
3 years of experience in revenue cycle, system or data delivery required
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner EMR systems and related data models required.
Demonstrated SQL skills with extensive experience in developing Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions.
Knowledge of designing and planning solutions; debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions.
Attention to detail and capability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information.
Strong computer skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive
