Job Type: full-time, hourly

Pay Rate: $30.00+ Starting pay is dependent on skills & background

Shift(s) Available: Days and Nights. Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed.

Position Summary:

Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and facilities of a world-scale corn milling, with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.

Job Requirements:

  • Direct industrial experience or high exposure to industrial maintenance work preferred

  • Ability to use millwright hand tools and power tools

  • Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic machinery

  • Basic welding skills

  • Basic knowledge of machine mechanical systems acquired through training or experience

  • Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

  • Strong safety values

  • High school diploma or equivalent with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)

  • Experience with and use of technical measuring tools in millwright trade – a plus

  • Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills

  • Reliability in reporting to work; willingness to work overtime as required

  • Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills

  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Flexibility in accepting change and willingness and ability to work rotating shifts

  • Knowledge of ADM Clinton Plant – a strong plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights and work in extreme temperature conditions
