SERVICE TECHNICIANHigh energy, fast growing company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, with an aggressive desire to succeed. This is a full time, service technician position offering, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:-Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests which include the following: complex disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of individual parts, reassembly, testing and adjustment. -Maintains office equipment parts and supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting order, verifying receipt, stocking items.-Maintains customer rapport by greeting customer upon arrival at location, have an understanding of customer equipment complaints.-Determine causes of office equipment failure by attempting to operate equipment, observing functioning, conducting diagnostic tests researching engineering and service manuals.-Corrects office equipment malfunctions by clearing jams, cleaning parts and components, repairing disabled parts, replacing damaged, broken, or worn parts; recommending equipment upgrades and replacements.-Completes preventive maintenance by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts, assemblies, and components.-Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.Qualifications:-College degree or equivalent combination of education, training with 2 to 4 years of experience related to technical/repair. We will train the right individual. -Understands Networks to a degree, Computers and Basic Software skills; also has the ability to quickly learn unique application software and explain its functions.-Customer focused with strong communication and customer service skills. -Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties.-Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and efficiently maintain proper functionality of equipment.-Ability to do moderate lifting.-Current driver's license with clean driving record.-Present a neat, well-groomed appearance.-Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.Executive Technologieswww.eti-get-there.comEmployer is a supporter of the National Career Readiness Certificate
