An assembly team member is responsible for accurately assembling products and ensuring final products meet Novaeis quality standardsEssential Job Duties:iUtilize proper PPE: safety glasses, steel-toed boots, ear protection (when in axle station), and bump cap if under a traileriAble to work in a team environment to achieve production goalsiOperate all power tools and machinery used on the assembly lineiRead and understand work orders and work instructionsiPerform quality checks and product inspections by completing final inspection sheets iAxle, wire, deck, and inspect trailers as assigned by supervisoriAssist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsiHigh school diploma/GEDiGood physical condition with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds with prolonged periods of standingiWilling to submit a pre-employment background check and urine drug screenRequired PPEiSafety GlassesiSteel Toed Boots/ShoesiGlovesiEar Plugs (recommended)iBump Caps-under trailer
