Centerville Community School District Maintenance Worker in Centerville, Iowa
Centerville CSD is looking for a Full time Maintenance position.
Requirements for this position is previous Building Maintenance experience including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, hvac, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Routine floor maintenance. Adhere to all company service and operating standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Starting pay $12.97 - $15.47 per hour based on experience.
