Sr. Micro-Electronics Technician - Advanced Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Successful applicant must be able to assist the engineering research and technology development effort in the areas of plating, dicing, bonding, laminating, sputtering and general micro-fab processes.

• Successful candidate must be able to work independently, take initiative, and be able to provide innovative and creative solutions to complex problems.

• Applicant must be able to work well with a structured schedule and meeting time commitments.

• Successful applicant must be able to work effectively managing multiple tasks, process steps and understand the flow of work.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires an HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.

U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card)

Knowledge of photolithography and electroplating

(preferred)

Mechanical ability- use of manual hand tools and power tools

(required)

Knowledge of chemical processing, background in using chemical combinations and storage.

Ability to lift 50lbs

(required)

Efficient at Microsoft office- excel, power point, word

(preferred)
