Education:** High School Diploma or GED

Description: Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of powdered metal contacts. Follow work instructions and operate mixing equipment Setup production furnaces to run at specific settings Perform first piece inspection using gauges and operate SPC software Perform changeovers on various equipment Use SAP software to complete order transactions Maintain production records and documentation Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S) Operate the welding, processing, and assembly equipment in the weld cell. Read and follow written instructions Read and understand a part print Perform equipment setup and changeovers on all welders Monitor equipment performance and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality Perform quality inspection using gauges and operate SPC software Use SAP software to complete order transactions

Qualifications: Ability to read and understand written materials Basic computer skills Dexterity to assemble small parts Ability to either stand or sit for 8 hours at a workstation Ability to work with others in a team environment Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
