Primary duties will be in the build room. Will imaging PC's for deployment and or shipping out to other locations. Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills.

qualifications:

Required Skills:

AS/BA/BS degree preferred. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. The following certifications are preferred.: A+, MCSE, CCNA, or MCDST, HDI or Dell Certification .. Must have 2+ years of experience in a Desktop support role. Must be experienced supporting software and operating system issues with a strong knowledge of the Window XP OS with experience with the MS Office suite. (Priority with XP - Word, Excel, and Power Point) Looking for experience with both PC''s, MAC''s and laptops with an Active Directory environment. Looking for 1+years of previous experience in a call center support role. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask. Must have a solid troubleshooting background. Must be able to pick up on new things. Must have excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail.
