U.S. Bank Email Administrator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

U.S. Bank is seeking an Email Administrator that will support the implementation and daily maintenance operations of organization's e-mail infrastructure.


  • Procedures and Standards : Assists in the implementation and execution of procedures and standards relating to e-mail network and systems operations.

  • Daily Operations : Works within a ticketing system to support internal employees and their messaging platforms.

  • E-mail Functionality : Sets up or alters e-mail forwarding function, creates e-mail auto responders, and changes e-mail box passwords.

  • Maintenance : Performs mailing list maintenance, e-mail account adds, deletes, changes, moves, etc.

  • Tracking and Reporting : Uses tools to track and report end-user problems and resolutions to Information Security management and to monitor

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 3 years experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure
