O'Neal Industries, Inc. Material Handler OMS in Cedar Falls, Iowa

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the safety and quality programs by following all rules and established processes.

  • Read work order to determine what materials need to be moved.

  • Read packing list/Bill of Lading and compare to purchase orders to verify correct material.

  • Load/Unload material on pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand.

  • Load/Unload material on flatbed trucks.

  • Secures lifting attachments to move products with bridge crane.

  • Counts and records information in manufacturing software.

  • Identify material with tags, color coding or paint marker.

1st Shift - we are an air conditioned facility

  • Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm

  • Overtime Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm

  • Overtime is posted the Wednesday before it is required.


  • Ability to operate a sit down fork truck and bridge crane.

  • Speak, write and comprehend conversational English.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
