[[[Team Staffing is currently recruiting assemblers for a local manufacturer in Burlington, IA. Team members will be required to work 10 hour shifts and must be available for mandatory overtime. [[[Additional Information:
[[[1st shift: 6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, possible overtime on Friday and Saturday [[[Pay rate: $12.00 per hour

- Assemble parts and pieces of various sized satellite dishes, mounting brackets, and antennas
- Run various machines to assist with the assembly process
- Use small hand tools to assist with assembly
- Hang or un-hang unfinished parts for painting
- Inspect finished product and assure quality
- Pack parts and finished products according to customer specifications
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to use hands and arms for long periods of time performing repetitive work
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to stand on concrete for 10 hours a day
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
- Must be dependable and have good attendance
- Must be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with all safety procedures and regulations
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Good work history is also a plus.
[[Compensation for the Assembly Worker [[This is considered a long- term assignment therefore employees can be eligible to earn up to 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) and up to 32 hours of casual time per year.
