The Building Wellness Manager will supervise, lead and support operations, inspect, and maintain processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. We can't wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.Responsibilities include, but are not limited toEnsure work performed is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenienceSupervise and implement the preventative maintenance programSchedule preventative maintenance with a minimum disruption of building servicesPerform and/or delegate preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified maintenance staff memberOrder parts and equipment required for repairMaintain and install new equipment and facilitiesProvide training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staffDemonstrate the proper use and care of tools and instrumentsGive hands on instruction in basic maintenance, safety, and trouble-shooting proceduresComply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materialsMaintain a clean and safe workplaceRecommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for inclusion in the annual budgetMaintain and ensure availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and suppliesPrepare and submit purchase order requests, develop sources for stock materials, and perform periodic checks for suppliesLift a minimum of 49 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft., with or without reasonable accommodationBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience5+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory roleExperience with HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operationBasic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and internet usage and navigationPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)Completion of an applicable technical training program Possess mechanical and electrical aptitude, and have excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenSelf-motivated and able to work independently or on a teamJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
