The Team Coordinator will facilitate communications from supervision/planning to the production team. Coordinate efforts to meet the shipping plan, quality targets and scheduled ship dates on customer orders.Job Responsibilities Ensure a safe working environmentProvide customers with a quality productEnsure on time delivery of productUphold strict compliance with all Danfoss and production floor policiesConduct daily shift meetingsReport status of production orders and daily shipping capabilities and initiate action to ensure targets are metPerform Shop floor/SAP/PDC transactions as requiredCommunicate with other shifts to ensure a smooth transition from one shift to anotherMaintain orderly, clean, and organized work areas according to 5S standards and cleaning planResponsible for coaching colleagues on applications of standards and to increase skillsResponsible for training new employeesIdentify weaknesses in production and participate in continuous improvement processes (RCPS, 4-steps, 8D's as well as kaizen/continuous improvement events)Background and Skills High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Ops Services experience requiredAbility to communicate verbally and understand written instructions in EnglishAbility to perform basic mathematicsKnowledge of basic computer skillsDanfoss - Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
