TheREMANTeam Coordinator will facilitate communications from supervision/planning to the production team. This position is responsible for remanufacturing product returned from customer and converting product manufactured abroad to useful application for resale on secondary markets.Thisrolerequires significant knowledge of Danfoss product lines, some of which are currently not in production.Coordinate efforts to meet the shipping plan, quality targets and scheduled ship dates on customer orders.Job Responsibilities Ensure a safe working environmentProvide customers with a quality productEnsure on time delivery of productUphold strict compliance with all Danfoss and production floor policiesConduct daily shift meetingsReport status of production orders and daily shipping capabilities and initiate action to ensure targets are metPerform Shop floor/SAP/PDC transactions as requiredCommunicate with other shifts to ensure a smooth transition from one shift to anotherMaintain orderly, clean, and organized work areas accordingly to 5S standards and cleaning planBackground and Skills High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)At least10years of experience manufacturing Danfoss productsTeam Coordinatorexperience preferredPrevious assembly experience with at least (2) Danfoss products linesExperience using SAP business systemAbility to communicate verbally and understand written instructions in EnglishAbility to perform basic mathematicsKnowledge of basic computer skillsSens of urgency: responds with commitment and sensitivity toward satisfying the needs of the internal and external customersDanfoss - Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
