WATER QUALITY GROUP
Danaher`s Water Quality Business is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including HACH, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.
The primary role of this position is to provide high quality repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach and ELE brand equipment supported through the Service Center.
Essential Functions: * Use established Standard work to provide repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for Hach and ELE brand equipment. * Provide technical assistance as needed to customers, Field Service staff and Technical Support. * Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges using computerized service systems. * Provide input to new product design teams as assigned. * Participate in continuous improvement kaizen events * Accurate inventory management.*Other Non-Essential Functions:*

Education, Background and Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical degree in electronics and/or mechanical discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven customer interaction skills
- Good computer skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
- Ability to work safely around electrical and mechanical hazards.
- Willingness to work with products returned from industrial and wastewater sites.
