Position Title:Postdoctoral Research Associate - Epilepsy Project

Job Description:Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will work on experimental models of epilepsy project. The duties involve designing experiments, conducting in vivo and in vitro experiments (viral vectors experience is an advantage), data analysis, manuscript drafting, training graduate and undergraduate research students, and technicians, managing day-to-day lab activities, and co-ordinating the lab meeting and collaborative research projects.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD with viral vectors background and experience in in vivo and in vitro (brain cells) techniques

  • Good track-record of publication in reasonably good impact journals
