POSITION SUMMARY :

To assists all aspects of Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl including but not limited to bowling, bumper cars, ropes course, go card track, arcade and other activities. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the areas overseen provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Clean and Maintain bowling alley, machines, and equipment per manufactures recommendations 20%

  • Clean and Maintain arcade fixtures and equipment 15%

  • Clean and Maintain bumper car equipment per manufactures recommendations 10%

  • Clean and Maintain any other equipment as necessary 10%

  • Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical components 10%

  • Perform preventative maintenance and general building maintenance 10%

  • Maintain and perform daily, weekly, monthly checklists for maintenance and repair 15%

  • Report and maintain equipment defects for proper warranty repair and handling 10%

  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • T o perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must be able to safely work from a ladder

  • Candidate must be able to use common hand tools SAE and Metric

  • Candidate must be familiar with multi-meter, electrical parts, hand tools and soldering irons

  • Candidate must follow instructions and work well with others, also work well unsupervised

  • Candidate should have strong mechanical skills and some electronics knowledge

  • Candidate must possess good communication skills as they will be interacting with guest and their families

Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Other Skills and Abilities - The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
