Aventure Staffing Hatchery Laborer in Algona, Iowa
Hatchery Laborer | $14.50/hr Starting Pay
Multiple Shifts / Schedules Available
A local production company in the Algona, IA area is hiring reliable and self-motivated Hatchery Laborers to join their team! There are multiple shifts and positions available, day and night, and all positions pay $14.50/hr starting pay! The ideal candidate possesses great communication skills and the ability to self-motivate. Individuals with prior production experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Transfer and process eggs from boxes onto trays
Load trays onto carts
Check eggs for imperfections
Regular inspection of eggs/chicks while incubating
Transfer baby chicks and prepare for shipment
Regular sanitation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently
Ability to lift approx. 13 to 30lbs over the shoulders/head repeatedly
Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

Starting Pay: $14.50
