Team Staffing Solutions, Inc Powder Coater in BURLINGTON, Iowa
Team Staffing is currently seeking qualified 1st and 2nd shift powder coat paint line operators for a company locatedin Wapello, IA. Candidates will be operating a static charged powder coat paint gun and performing visual inspections prior to hanging parts for paint process, and inspecting finished parts for defects.
Hours: 5:30am-2:00pm Monday-Friday. $16.00HR 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday $17.00HR
Required Skills:
- Must be a motivated, self-starter with initiative and have a positive attitude
- Must have good attendance and dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Must be able to stand on concrete 8 to 10 hours a day
- Must be able to use arms, legs, and hands for long periods of time performing repetitive work
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Must be able to perform basic math functions
